When you place an order, you promise all info you provide is accurate and you’re authorized to use the payment method. We’ll do our best to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes tails get tied — so we can’t guarantee perfect delivery times.

We work hard to keep prices and product info up-to-date, but mistakes can happen (even the best pups have off days). We reserve the right to fix errors and cancel orders if needed.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on our site — from our cool bandana designs to photos and logos — belongs to Pooch Doof. Please don’t use or copy it without permission, unless you want a very serious look from our office pup.

We want you and your pup to love our products, but if something goes wrong, we’re only responsible for direct issues caused by us. We’re not liable for any indirect or accidental damages (like missing a fetch game because of a late delivery).
