Shipping for Australia
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for Australian orders over $100!
DISPATCH TIME CAN BE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 1-3 DAYS (MONDAY to FRIDAY). THIS IS NOT INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING.
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing from Monday onwards.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer both Standard and Express delivery options via Australia Post, with tracking included — so you can follow your pup’s new look every step of the way.

International Shipping
Yes, we ship to stylish pups all around the globe! International delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. All parcels are sent via a trusted international postal or courier service with tracking so you’ll know exactly where your package is on its journey.
Please note that some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when your order arrives. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering to avoid any surprises.
While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, international shipments may experience occasional delays due to customs processing or international transit times.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they've been placed. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause!
If you do not wish to keep your garments upon receiving them, you are more than welcome to return for a full store credit.
